  • Free Software-Feature updates for your Aastra Link system;
  • Unlimited support via our on line ticketing system.

On demand services

Buy Aastra support services online
For customers who do not buy an Aastra Link software subscription or a SMB plan and who are looking for a technical assistance, they can purchased support hours per block of one or five hours. You will receive an ID allowing you to access our customer care center or to submit a ticket via our on line tool.
  • One hour support – 100€
  • Five hours support – 400€
Following services are available as part of these support hours: installation help, configuration of dial plans and trunks, configuration of phones and troubleshooting.
